Help and support

Send material or ask for help

Contact us at [email protected], use the provider introduction form or tell us what you need. A few lines or a relevant link are enough. If we already speak by email or messenger, continue in that conversation. No account is needed.

Changes, pauses and removal

Reply in the conversation where we prepared your service, or contact support with its public link. Tell us what should change, whether you are temporarily unavailable, or whether you want it removed. We will check the request against that established relationship. A new contact destination or changed public wording needs approval of the resulting proposal. You do not need an account to correct or stop a managed service.

After publication

We can send you the live service link, confirm how enquiries reach you and explain how to request changes. You may share the link when it helps explain your service. Publication does not guarantee enquiries.

Private requests

To add something, reply through your chosen channel with your receipt reference. Your private reply route stays separate from any public customer contact. Do not send sign-in codes or post private proposal links publicly.

Optional account and assistant access

Use Mercator with your assistant when you want to manage your own records that way. Sign in for existing account controls. Sign in with a new code sent to your email. Codes expire after ten minutes, work once and must be entered in the window that requested them. Check your spam folder if needed. Wait at least a minute before requesting another code. Keep control of your email account; a business name or website cannot restore access. Older password accounts keep their records: the first email-code sign-in retires the old password and recovery code and disconnects previous sessions and agents. Reconnect your agent afterward. Creating an account does not automatically transfer a service managed by Mercator; contact us to discuss an authorized handover.

Disputes and service status

Contact support with the service link and selected issue, or ask your connected assistant to report it. A report does not automatically remove a service or transfer ownership. Check service status. Privacy and retention details.
