An agency introduction should help a client understand what kind of brief to send. Describe the services you provide and any starting materials you need. A design studio might work from an existing identity; a development team might need a product brief; a production studio might ask for a script or reference. These are examples, not claims about current listings.

When you offer several activities, we can keep them under one business while describing each clearly. Include the clients, markets or working arrangements you want stated. There is no category form or fixed-price package requirement.

Share material your team already uses

Send your website, capabilities introduction or a short description. Relevant project links can explain your work, but a portfolio is optional for a basic listing. Include client work only when you have permission to share it publicly.

Choose who should receive our private follow-up. That reply contact is separate from the customer contact that you later approve for publication.

Approve the description and route for new briefs

We prepare your listing for free and show you the exact wording and contact arrangement. Correct it or approve it in your conversation with us. Your team does not need a Mercator account.

The approved profile has a public link. Direct prospective clients to your website, business email or another supported contact link. You handle scope, budget, availability and agreements with them directly; a listing does not commit your team to a project.

Maintain one introduction as your services change

Reply to the existing Mercator conversation to request edits, a pause or removal. Mercator is a growing directory, and a listing does not guarantee client enquiries or search placement.
