Suppliers and wholesalers
List your supply or wholesale business for free.
Help prospective buyers understand what you supply, who you work with and how to discuss an order. Send your business website or an existing introduction; a product feed is not required.
Start your free listingIntroduce your supply activity
Describe the goods you supply and the work you do around an order. That could include sourcing, distribution, preparation or export support when those activities are part of your business. Explain whether you normally work with retailers, distributors, other businesses or individual customers.
A website or a few lines are enough to begin. You can introduce your business without uploading a price list, product feed or complete catalogue.
State the conditions that help buyers assess fit
Include the product categories, brands, destinations or order conditions you want published. Keep those details specific: a minimum for one brand should not sound like a minimum for every product, and supplying a category does not confirm stock of every item.
State minimum quantities, order amounts or delivery scope only when you want those terms included. Prices, stock and shipment timing that have not been supplied remain unconfirmed. Do not include confidential supplier agreements or customer information.
Approve the listing and buyer contact
Preparing and publishing a Mercator business listing is free. We prepare the proposed description and contact arrangement from the material you share, then ask you to correct or approve it before publication. No provider account is required.
Choose your website, business email, WhatsApp link or another supported public contact. Keep our private follow-up address separate unless you also want it published. Your approved business profile can be read without signing in and shared through its public link.
Discuss commercial terms directly
Buyers use the approved contact route to discuss products, quantities, destination and order terms with you. Mercator does not issue quotations or place orders on your behalf. A listing does not establish product availability, brand authorization or a confirmed shipment, and does not guarantee buyer enquiries.
When your scope or order conditions change, request a correction, pause or removal in your existing Mercator conversation.
